Teladoc Health seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Sr. SRE) with strong Microsoft Azure experience to operate, scale, and improve the reliability of our cloud‑based services.

You will anchor an SRE Team focused on production reliability, observability, automation, incident response, cloud operations, and continuous improvement. You will partner with software engineering, product, security, and operations leaders to embed reliability principles, mentor the team, and serve as the technical

Formación

• 7+ years in site reliability, owning mission‑critical services.
• Deep Azure experience including Monitor, Insights, AKS, and hybrid ops.
• Proven track record designing and rolling out SLO programs with error budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Define and improve SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for critical apps.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve reliability and scalability.
• Lead root cause analysis and automate repeat incidents.
• Design resilient systems across Azure regions, zones, and networks.
• Contribute to production readiness reviews for new services and changes.
