Job summary

Darwoft is partnering with an innovative cybersecurity company to deliver a modern Identity Security and Observability platform. This Senior DevOps Engineer role focuses on designing, automating, and operating cloud infrastructure at scale, using AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, and observability tools.

You will own production infrastructure, drive platform engineering initiatives, and collaborate with software engineering, QA, security, and IT teams across a remote LATAM-first

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on AWS production experience.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters, ideally EKS.
• Advanced experience with Terraform and IaC.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Experience with Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop IaC using Terraform.
• Deploy, manage, scale, and troubleshoot workloads on Kubernetes/EKS.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve deployment processes and developer experience.
• Manage containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Improve observability via Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, and ELK.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Automate recurring operational tasks.
• Strengthen security and optimize cloud costs.
