IAM Analyst

Opportunity

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a part of Information Security that enables over 330,000 individuals across 140+ countries to access systems and information securely. As a member of the IAM team, this position will contribute to the execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, including but not limited to a complex Active Directory (AD) environment, hybrid cloud deployment, mobile computing, policy‑driven security, SSO, identity lifecycle management, and federation focusing on multiple protocols.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be a liaison between customer requirements and technology functionality
• Understand customer mindset in terms of approach and interaction
• Conduct proper root‑cause analysis and make recommendations to improve IAM processes or prevent future occurrences of end‑user issues
• Provide technical advice for customer mail distribution inquiries and queries related to distribution lists and list support
• Document issue details and resolutions into the support tracking system (ServiceNow)

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Accurate and timely responses to requests for related services
• Moderate knowledge of Outlook/Exchange
• Moderate Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic Active Directory knowledge
• Understanding of Boolean logic
• Knowledge of various desktop environments, applications, standard software, Microsoft Teams, network, servers and general connectivity
• Time‑management skills to prioritize workload and work through assignments efficiently
• Handling issues in a timely and efficient manner while utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with requesters, management, executives and other personnel
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Desire for continued process improvement and learning

Ideally, you’ll also have

• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent
• Experience working within a professional environment
