A global technology firm in Argentina is seeking a Senior AQA Engineer to lead the quality assurance strategy for AI-driven software solutions within a critical Citizen Security System project. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, especially in automated testing, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of reliability and performance. Fluency in Spanish and intermediate English is required for effective communication in this international environment.

As a Senior AQA Engineer, you will lead and shape the quality assurance strategy for both AI‑driven and traditional software solutions within a critical Citizen Security System project. You will be responsible for ensuring high reliability, accuracy, and performance across complex systems, working closely with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve quality standards.

This is you
  • You have 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong background in automated testing.
  • You are confident in leading QA initiatives and making technical decisions related to testing strategies and frameworks.
  • You have hands‑on experience testing complex systems, including AI/ML‑based solutions.
  • You are analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and quality gaps.
  • You communicate effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable working in an international environment using Spanish on a daily basis and English at an intermediate level.
Nice‑to‑have skills
  • Experience with AI/ML model testing, validation, and monitoring in production environments.
  • Knowledge of data quality assessment and bias detection techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based environments and distributed systems.
  • Previous experience on government, security, or large‑scale public systems projects.
This is your role
  • Leading the definition and execution of QA strategies for AI‑based and classical software products.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Validating AI/ML models by assessing data quality, model behavior, accuracy, bias, and model drift across different environments.
  • Monitoring production systems, analyzing defects and anomalies, and proactively driving improvements in testing practices and overall product quality.
  • Acting as a quality advocate, ensuring best QA practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
