Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree with 10+ years in substation construction is required.
• High Voltage experience in mining projects is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to communicate across teams and with regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Support construction engineering activities and ensure quality requirements on the project.
• Assist site teams with construction-related issues from drawings.
• Provide interpretation of design documents to support project managers and contractors.
• Coordinate communication between design engineers and project teams to ensure timely flow of information.
• Develop and maintain the project quality program under the construction engineering department.
• Other duties as assigned by project management.
