Job summary

Kyndryl Argentina S.R.L. is seeking an Accounting Process Specialist to support accuracy and integrity of financial records.

You will maintain core accounting processes, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with reporting standards, balancing transaction processing with analysis. You'll partner with finance stakeholders to cover period-close activities, reconcile accounts, and provide insights for audits and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in core accounting functions such as general ledger, journal entries, or financial close.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience preparing or supporting financial statements and reconciliations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify variances or issues.
• Experience using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow defined accounting controls and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems including journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Prepare and post journal entries and ensure timely and accurate period close activities
• Balance accounts and maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses
• Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and supporting schedules
• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance
• Monitor and develop monthly reports of revenues and expenditures for projects or business units
• Investigate and resolve accounting variances and data discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal finance teams to support audits, controls, and financial reviews
