Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time with DoD Top Secret clearance at an aerospace/defense location in King of Prussia, PA. You will coordinate responses to alarms, manage access control, and provide excellent service while documenting activity and maintaining logs.

The role requires active clearance, strong customer service, and the ability to operate alarm panels and badge systems. A high school diploma is expected and 18+ (21+ if armed) years of age for certain positions.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and badge management.
• Experience operating alarm panels and understanding alarm procedures.
• Proficiency with computers or tablets and basic software applications.
• Background in customer service with professional communication.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers following site procedures.
• Monitor communications and dispatch security personnel or responders to incidents.
• Maintain dispatch logs and incident records accurately.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed to leadership or responders.
• Conduct regular patrols and report unusual conditions.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Security Clearance Alarm Dispatch in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate responses to alarms, access control activity, and other security-related incidents while maintaining clear communication with personnel and emergency responders. You will monitor systems, document activity, and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
  • Candidates must demonstrate prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing employee and visitor access badges.
• Alarm Panel Experience (B202):
  • Applicants should have experience operating alarm panels, including knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting procedures. Familiarity with various alarm systems is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
  • Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications, entering data, and utilizing communication tools effectively.
• Customer Service Experience (B219): A background in customer service is required. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and visitors.
• CPR Certification (B205): Current CPR certification is required for positions that involve emergency response or first aid responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by following site-specific procedures for an aerospace and defense billing operations location.
• Monitor incoming communications, dispatch security-related personnel and/or appropriate responders to routine incidents, alarms, service requests, and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident records, documenting calls, assignments, response status, and relevant details in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements

• An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
