Finance Specialist – Commercial Business Partner

Business Context: The Security Business entity has a global reach, with 8 thousand people aligned within the organization and currently expecting a 5B Revenue goal for FY22. Security cross offering works across the three business dimensions Technology, Strategy and consulting and Operations providing Security services including Applied Cybersecurity Services, Cyber Defense Services, Industry Security Services and Managed Security Services.

Role Description: The finance Specialist plays a key role in supporting the financial cost structure and providing sales and revenues reporting for the Security entity. In this role, the finance Specialist will help drive business insights around growth & trends of Security across geographic, industry and security domain dimensions. The finance Specialist will drive and be accountable for helping withing the different financial processes including annual plan, monthly & quarterly forecasting & variance reporting. The finance Specialist will implement and provide ongoing oversight of a Security “attribution” data patrol process. Role will report to the Security Finance Associate Manager and be comfortable to work in providing reporting and business insights to multiple stake holders including providing support to leadership level.

• Sales, Revenues and CCI – Assist in the finance planning for targets (Sales/Rev) across the dimensions of Market/MU/Security Domain/Industries and ongoing reporting against these
• Support Security with ad hoc analysis on YTD Sales/NR position against targets – Security leadership, Market leads, Capability Leads, etc.
• Support Domain/MU leads in YTD results vs Targets type of questions
• Support with required reporting and business insights at pre-close window
• Pipeline and Data Patrol
• Play a significant role setting up the appropriate Security Domain and offering attributions within MMS and SAP ensuring data integrity and financial accuracy. Assist with ad hoc analysis as required by Market, MU, CG, Industry leads accordingly
• Provide data insights on pipeline metrics and stats including won CCI trends and won vs delivered CCI comparisons
• NCC & Capital budgeting – Support the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for NCC and Capital budgeting
• Coordinate, consolidate and submit annual capital budget requests and plans
• MAP actuals project IDs in the IFC tool
• Review consolidated Security non-contract cost forecast with P&A team
• Monitor Profit Center, Cost Center structures to facilitate NCC reporting including monitoring WBSs Global budget
• Research questionable costs or missing costs, perform journal entries if required assist the team with PO management, cost pool recoveries and amortizations
