You will process spend requests, create purchase orders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, procurement, compliance, and finance, contributing to service excellence.

The Transactional Services organization is responsible for: providing strategic guidance to allMarketing, supporting cross processes (shared services to the Market Units), establishing, andkeeping standards aiming the resource usage optimization and compliance, and alsocollaborating for a fact-based decision‑making process.
As an intern, you will be part of the shared services team, whose main responsibility is tosupport the Marketing organization with campaign/activity line creation and focuses heavily onpurchasing related topics. After completion of the internship, the intern will have a significantunderstanding of Marketing operations, planning as well as purchasing processes. Theinternship is operational in nature and encompasses a wide range of SAP system, tools &reports usage. In addition, the intern will gain a deep knowledge and understating of internalprocesses, policies, and guidelines.
