SAP SE in Buenos Aires is offering an internship in Intelligent Contracting Automation. You will support template management, upload workflows, and AI-based tooling while gaining exposure to enterprise contract processes.

We seek a current student in Business, Legal, or IT with proficiency in MS Office and English; experience with SAP ERP or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus. This role is onsite and starts January 4 for a minimum of six months.

The Intelligent Contracting Automation team is part of SAP’s Corporate Processes & IT and the Content X Digitalization group. The Intelligent Contracting Automation team is responsible for managing SAP’s contracting templates, contract request forms and template automation. As a diverse, global team, we continuously serve our customers with seamlessly working, easy to use and professionally managed templates and other digitalized legal content with as much automation as possible in order to achieve standardization and scalability.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Intern – Intelligent Contracting Automation

Location: Buenos Aires

Expected start date: January 4, minimum 6 months (longer term preferred based on performance and business needs)

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, meticulous, takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Education: Current student enrolled in Business, Legal, Information Technology, or related fields (or similar background with an interest in these areas).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) required. Comprehension with SAP ERP, Adobe Experience Manager, or advanced Excel is a solid advantage.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English (required); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Good attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently.
