Job summary

Chevron's Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer to join the Campaign Designer team. This is a technical hands-on role focused on executing and administering multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with emphasis on personalization to boost customer interaction.

You will define and build multi-channel journeys, QA content and experience, own personalization capabilities, and build key content templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced English level.
• 4+ years of marketing automation experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
• Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email/Mobile/Interaction Studio.
• In-depth understanding of APEX and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of marketing automation best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.

• Ownership and stewardship of personalization capabilities.
