Capgemini Engineering in Argentina is seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong declarative and Apex experience to translate complex processes into configured solutions.

You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications, using Flow, Process Builder, Lightning components, and APIs, while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring quality through testing and documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency with declarative tools in Salesforce including Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Experience with Lightning components and Apex, translating custom code to configured solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, APIs, integrations, and data migration.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role focuses primarily on declarative development and configuration within the Salesforce platform, with a secondary emphasis on development using Lightning and Apex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, particularly in translating complex APEX code into efficient configured solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions leveraging declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce environment.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Develop Lightning components and Apex code as necessary, while focusing on minimizing custom code in favor of configured solutions.
• Oversee the quality assurance process, including thorough testing, debugging, and managing the deployment of new features or applications.
• Write and update documentation encompassing technical specifications, user manuals, and version release notes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications and best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry best practices.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in declarative development tools within Salesforce, including but not limited to Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Experience with Lightning components and Apex development, with the ability to translate custom APEX into configured solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical reasoning, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
