The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection seeks an experienced Salesforce CRM Architect to design end‑to‑end CRM solutions, lead multi‑cloud design, and drive data governance across platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, guide developers, and collaborate with IT and product teams on CRM roadmaps.

• 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce / CRM architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative and programmatic solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end Salesforce / CRM architecture aligned with business goals and technology standards.
• Lead solution design for Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud).
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions and technical specs.
• Define CRM data models, governance, security, and best practices.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and analysts during projects.
• Review configurations and code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive CRM optimization, automation, and user experience improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver CRM roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Support data migration, upgrades, release planning, and environment management.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex CRM issues and recommend long‑term improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce / CRM architecture aligned with business goals and technology standards.
• Lead solution design for Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions and technical specifications.
• Define and maintain CRM data models, governance standards, security models, and best practices.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and analysts during implementation and enhancement projects.
• Review configurations, customizations, and code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive CRM optimization initiatives, including automation, workflow improvements, and user experience enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to deliver CRM roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, release planning, and environment management.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex CRM issues and recommend long‑term architectural improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce / CRM architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative and programmatic solutions.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools.
• Solid understanding of CRM architecture principles, data modeling, integrations, and security design.
• Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third‑party system integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Certified System Architect Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
• Additional certifications in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Integration Architecture are a plus
• Experience with multiple CRM platforms in addition to Salesforce.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models.
• Experience in enterprise‑scale digital transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
