Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced RPA Architect to design the enterprise-scale RPA strategy and architecture. You will provide technical vision to establish Centers of Excellence and ensure robust bot governance across the organization.

Responsibilities include designing enterprise-wide strategies, leading CoEs, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities. Proficiency with UiPath, AA, or Blue Prism is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Software Engineering, or RPA development.
• Proven expertise in designing and governing enterprise-wide RPA strategies and architectures.
• Proficiency in leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Hands-on experience establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE) and bot governance frameworks.
• Strong background in process design, prioritization, and automation roadmap development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
