As a Risk Managed Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization's operations and objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. What You Must Have
