A leading tech firm is seeking a Manager for Training & AI Activation to enhance sales effectiveness through training and operational efficiency. This role emphasizes developing AI training, coordinating sales processes, and designing onboarding programs. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years in sales enablement, and excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of Salesforce and sales enablement platforms is preferred. This position is remote, allowing flexibility while focusing on results-driven training initiatives.

Formación

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a sales enablement role required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in instructional design or sales training preferred.
  • HR, talent acquisition or recruitment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify, develop, and deliver ongoing training on product updates and selling techniques.
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement roles to create materials to close training gaps.
  • Design and deploy onboarding programs for revenue functions.
  • Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate AI functionality to support sales.
  • Conduct gap analyses for improvement.
