Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems for a customer project. You will audit and optimize CRM and related SaaS tools, resolve data inconsistencies, and document governance across billing, CPQ, and ticketing workflows.

You will work remotely with English‑proficient communications, leading CRM implementations and reconciliations, and shaping sustainable governance for cross‑system data.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing or ticketing.
• SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments and English communication skills.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor

Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
