Goodwill Industries of New Mexico is seeking a Retail Lead to assist customers, train employees, and support store operations. You will help the Manager/Assistant Manager plan, assign, and direct work, and ensure cash accuracy and store security.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards.
• Knowledge of basic math, accounting and cash management.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Close store, reconcile cash and secure premises.
• Supervise sales floor, processing area and donation center.
• Assist in training, supervising and mentoring retail staff.
• Open store and prepare for business; manage daily sales reports.
