Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the local entity, with a flexible schedule.

You will perform bank reconciliations, record entries, manage tax withholdings, coordinate monthly close, assist with audits, and liaise with external accounting firms to ensure accurate reporting. This home-based position offers professional development, exposure to multi-country processes, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.

The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. This role will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.
