Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional or freelance experience editing social video ads.
• A strong portfolio of finished short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, or paid social.
• Hands-on experience creating finished ads using AI UGC, AI animation, and realistic AI b-roll.
• Strong editing skills: pacing, beat-cutting, sound design, and shot decisions.
• Proficiency in CapCut and at least one professional video editing platform.
• Ability to work independently from briefs, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create 8–12 short-form video ads per week for Meta using customer content, product footage, and AI visuals.
• Develop strong opening hooks and maintain viewer attention through captions and motion graphics.
• Produce AI videos from prompts to final edits, including scripting and content generation.
• Generate realistic AI b‑roll footage to complement real clips.
• Deliver consistent, on-brand work and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Research platform trends and bring effective hooks/formats to the team.
