Job summary

AgileEngine, a leading software innovator, seeks a Senior BI Product Manager to align Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash with BI, AI/ML opportunities, and ERP/CPQ data flows. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Accounting and Product to turn operational friction into actionable insights.

You will define non-technical business requirements, work with engineering, and ensure accurate downstream data for billing and revenue recognition. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within Financial Systems, FinSys BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations in SaaS or tech environments.
• Solid grasp of core accounting terminology, the contract lifecycle, billing, entitlement, and downstream revenue recognition (including ASC 606 impacts).
• Exceptional communication skills and high energy, with proactive outreach to map processes and drive alignment with busy product managers, finance, and legal leaders.
• Proven ability to validate pricing, order, and contract data for troubleshooting, reporting, and building operational dashboards.
• Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation skills, including experience defining non-technical functional specs for technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across internal FinSys teams (Orders, Invoicing, Billing) and finance leadership to surface operational friction points.
• Connect operational pain points to BI, Machine Learning, and AI opportunities, uncovering the what and why behind financial data needs.
• Author clean PRDs, roadmaps, and non-technical business requirements, partnering with Technical Delivery Managers and engineering teams.
• Ensure complex commercial and financial processes (quoting, deal structuring, billing, and revenue recognition) are captured in downstream data products.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior BI Product Manager to act as the subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, connecting financial data to real business decisions. This person turns operational friction into data, analytics, and AI/ML opportunities, working with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product. Comfort with ERP and CPQ systems matters.

MUST HAVES

• Background in contract analytics, obligation tracking, or process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) applied to financial systems.
