Fluxon is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape the technical direction of our engineering organization. This senior hands‑on leadership role partners with company and engineering leadership to influence strategy, guide architectural decisions, and elevate our engineering practice.

All Staff Engineers write production code and join Fluxon as individual contributors before stepping into project leadership.

Formación

• 7+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Experience leading development through full lifecycle (CI/CD, testing, release, deployment, monitoring and incident response).
• Fluent in the design and implementation of scalable system architectures and data structures.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Guide product delivery from concept to user, leading projects and mentoring teams.
• Partner with clients to understand needs and achieve business goals.
• Define product requirements and plan development with Product and Design teams.
• Foster a healthy engineering culture within Fluxon and client teams.
• Mentor engineers across multiple teams to support growth.
