The role emphasizes strong debugging, PR review, and the ability to provide clear written feedback on complex codebases, with a flexible schedule suitable for project-based engagements.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience reviewing pull requests and debugging production code.
• Strong unit testing and code coverage mindset.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows.
• Clear written communication of technical feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Review coding tasks derived from real GitHub issues and PRs.
• Assess clarity of problem statements and success criteria.
• Evaluate unit tests for correctness, coverage, and robustness.
• Identify flaky tests, missing dependencies, and environment issues.
• Provide clear recommendations on task acceptance or improvements.
