Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Payment Lead to join our team remotely. You will coordinate with project teams to ensure site payment setup, processing, and timely payments across studies, taking ownership of payments within investigator systems and driving process improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel expertise, and experience in CRO site payments. Fluency in English and aBachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience within CRO, business, finance/accounting, or comparable fields.
• Experience supporting Clinical Site Payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Payment Services for assigned studies and act as the primary contact for project teams.
• Ensure timely site payments and accurate setup/modifications within investigator payment systems.
