Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect to lead tax technology implementations across LATAM, focusing on ERP enhancements and governance. The role requires close collaboration with tax and technology teams to ensure compliant, efficient tax processes.

The candidate must be based in Rosario, Argentina, or other LATAM locations, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
• Understanding of tax reporting requirements and basic statutory configuration in current technologies.
• Understanding of tax functionality in ERP systems.
• Experience within international tax/finance environments.

Responsibilities

• TAX SOLUTIONS: Support tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including gathering local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting on the initial design process, performing analysis, testing and assisting on the creation of trainings following a go live.
• TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Support with building and the maintenance of tax requirements in ERP systems and tax dedicated applications, following a standard tax methodology to gather and meet tax requirements.
• TAX ARCHITECTURE: Assure that the tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented in a consistent manner across all areas within tax using the Tax Methodology, including assisting with the controls in the ERP space, such as the monitoring of tax logic in ERP.
• TAX LIASON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to come to a joined solution.
