Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer in Pharmacometrics for PM support. This home-based role requires proficiency in R and SAS, CDISC ADaM/SDTM, and cross-functional collaboration across LATAM regions. The candidate will mentor junior programmers and drive best practices in statistical programming.

The role emphasizes complex data set development, validation, and leadership to ensure high-quality deliverables on clinical trials.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
2+ years working with efficacy analysis (ADaM datasets & TLFs) and/or 4+ years on ADAM statistical programming on clinical trials.
Hands-on proficiency in R programming language (mandatory).
Proficiency in SAS programming language.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Native language LATAM: Spanish or Portuguese.
Ability to lead/manage others and mentor junior programmers.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and project data.
