Job summary

Jeeves is hiring a Senior Product Designer to elevate core product surfaces for cards, cross-border payments, and spend management. You will own design end-to-end—from discovery through shipped outcomes—working with product leadership, PMs, and engineers in a globally distributed team.

You’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration, create scalable design systems, and validate decisions with real customers. Remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with senior-level scope across high-impact projects.
• Experience designing for fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership: problem framing, exploration, shipped outcomes.
• Ability to drive projects independently in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency with AI tools in design workflow.
• Experience working with design systems at scale.
• Hands-on research experience recruiting participants and synthesizing findings.
• Strong collaboration with PM and Engineering to ship products.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design across the full Jeeves platform from mobile to desktop, focusing on core card, payments, and spend management flows.
• Own projects end to end: framing the problem, exploring solutions, shipping with engineering, measuring outcomes.
• Elevate craft and consistency of the core product experience; pay down UX debt.
• Promote product vision through design exploration, documentation, and leadership presentations.
• Use AI tools throughout workflow to test directions faster without sacrificing craft.
• Apply payments and fintech domain expertise to design for real-world financial complexity, including AI-driven experiences.
• Plan and extend Jeeves’s design system; audit at scale with AI tooling.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and marketers daily.
• Influence design practices in a globally distributed team and participate in hiring.
