Nearshore Business Solutions is seeking a Senior PHP Developer to join a fully remote team delivering backend systems and web applications. The role focuses on PHP, MySQL, Linux, and PDF generation with PDFlib, plus HTML/CSS/JS front-end work and AWS-based tooling.

You will collaborate across time zones, optimize queries, and help automate documentation and deployment in a secure, scalable environment.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of professional PHP development experience.
• Strong MySQL design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments with CLI tools.
• Experience with PDFlib or similar PDF generation libraries.
• Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript for responsive front-end development.
• Fluent English with exceptional written and spoken communication.
• Self-directed, reliable, collaborative, and proactive in a remote setup.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and enhance PHP-based applications and backend systems.
• Use AI coding assistants within the AWS environment as part of daily workflow.
• Automate PDF document generation using PDFlib or similar libraries.
• Develop responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Write and optimize MySQL queries, including schema design and procedures.
• Work within Linux environments for development, deployment, scripting, and server config.
• Communicate proactively across time zones and help keep projects moving forward.
