Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, Node.js, or Java (non-Golang developers will learn and adopt Golang on the job).
• Strong background in React.
• Experience with AI tooling and APIs to integrate intelligent features into products.

Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Build, implement, and maintain front-end applications.
• Back-End Architecture & Development: Design, implement, and maintain APIs, services, and distributed systems.
• AI Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models, embeddings, and agent services.
• System Modernization: Transform legacy workflows into modern, secure, scalable codebases using cloud-native practices.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure services adhere to security requirements and best practices.
• Agile Delivery: Deliver features in short cycles with a balance of speed and reliability.
