AgileEngine is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build agentic workflows and AI-powered products for enterprise customers in higher education. The role emphasizes building production-grade, multi-agent systems, tool-using workflows, and scalable architectures.

You will drive agent orchestration patterns, integrate coding agents across the development lifecycle, and mentor teams to implement reliable, secure solutions. Strong communication and cross-team influence are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a software product development environment.
