Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on Data Ingestion, Integrations, and Collectors to serve as a technical bridge between enterprise customers and the engineering team. This is not a traditional backend role.

You'll design scalable ingestion pipelines, work with Python/Go, REST APIs, and cloud platforms, and collaborate with customers to translate complex requirements into reliable data integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Software/Data/Platform engineering or related experience.
• Expertise in Python and Go with data ingestion and integration focus.
• Proficient in REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, and security systems.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, security requirements, and constraints.
• Develop scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data like security events and logs.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, event-driven architectures, and CI/CD practices.
• Develop backend services with Python and/or Go.
• Operate Docker/Kubernetes-based containerized services and deploy across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Troubleshoot deployments across APIs, infra, networking, and data layers.
