Job summary

Nortal is seeking a Data Engineer (OneTrust / DSAR) to design, build, and maintain data architectures ensuring global privacy compliance. You will integrate OneTrust across data environments to automate DSAR workflows, data mapping, and consent management.

Collaborate with Data Governance, Legal, and Security teams to streamline privacy processes in cloud and on-premise setups. You will work with a LATAM remote team, engaging with US clients, and contribute to an evolving privacy-first data

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience using OneTrust to resolve DSARs end-to-end.
Senior Data Engineer with ETL, SQL, and automation experience.
Knowledge of GDPR, LGPD, CCPA or other privacy regulations.
Dynamic and autonomous, able to operate with a defined scope.
Advanced English required for client interaction.

Responsibilities

Operate OneTrust to resolve DSARs end-to-end.
Execute and follow up on compliance use cases related to data privacy.
Maintain the data map/inventory from the initial scan.
Collaborate to build automations between OneTrust and internal data sources (DynamoDB, Aurora, S3, Google Drive).
Ensure GDPR compliance across internal databases.
Serve as the OneTrust reference within the compliance team.
