OffSec is seeking a Senior Content Engineer to turn cybersecurity mastery into world-class training. You’ll craft hands-on labs and scenario-driven challenges that push learners to think defensively and adapt to real-world threats.

You will lead development of advanced training content, mentor teammates, and collaborate across global teams. This remote role offers flexible hours and opportunities to shape OffSec’s certifications.

Formación

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, virtual environment engineering, and technical content development.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory security.
• Experience developing security training content and labs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Ability to work across global teams and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop immersive cybersecurity training content focusing on detection, prevention, and security analysis.
• Mentor teammates and refine content for clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate across teams to keep labs and learning material fresh and relevant.
• Build and oversee training environments with VMs, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Develop and test complex lab environments for a great learner experience.
• Troubleshoot lab integration issues with precision.
