• Degree in Computer Science or ML; MS/PhD preferred.
• Strong publications in AI conferences.
• Experience with multimodal post-training workflows.

• Open-source contributions to agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end research and engineering for post-training of agentic and tool-use models to achieve SOTA results.
• Improve factuality, instruction adherence, tool usage, and multi-agent coordination.
• Design scalable post-training systems including data pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
• Develop diagnostic tools to assess readiness for deployment.
• Collaborate with tooling, product, and training teams to enhance frontier models.
• Liaise with research and engineering teams to determine production-ready integrations.
