AgileEngine is seeking a quality assurance engineer to build regression automation scripts, perform manual testing, and drive testing across the SDLC for Fortune 500 clients. You will ensure software quality through systematic validation and thorough documentation.

You will collaborate with product teams, write Gherkin-based tests, and participate in on-call rotations, benefiting from flextime options and opportunities to grow within a people-focused culture.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Experience with Gherkin for behavior-driven development.
• Experience with prompt engineering and quality engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts to support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation based on criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance testing.
• Document feature behavior in detail.
• Record pass/fails and link to bug IDs.
• Elevate risk to product quality when needed.
• Collaborate with product teams across SDLC and releases.
• Incorporate user feedback into testing strategy with customer teams.
• Participate in refinement and effort estimations.
• Use GitHub to manage automation repos and run scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
