• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related functionality.
• Implement CRM processes based on business requirements.
• Improve pipeline management, reporting, and data quality.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and propose solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Create and maintain CRM SOPs and documentation.
