A customer-focused apparel printing company is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage their Salesforce org, focusing on customization, automation, and development within the Sales Cloud. This remote role values technical problem solvers who can build and improve systems, significantly impacting the company’s growth. Successful candidates will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience and strong proficiency in Salesforce tools, ensuring efficient operations for the sales team.

Formación

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, and declarative automation.
  • Experience supporting 50+ users in a Salesforce environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs.
  • Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and flows to automate business processes.
  • Oversee data imports, exports, and cleansing using standard Salesforce tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance.
  • Support integration with third-party apps and AI tools.
