Jetbridge Ai is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage end-to-end data migration initiatives for a global client, coordinating cross-functional teams and defining migration controls. Daily work and interviews will be conducted in English, with 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UTC hours in a 100% remote setting.

The role demands proven leadership in large-scale data migration programs, expertise in migration methodology, and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work in English.
