Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a senior mobile developer to own an offline-first iOS and Android app from project setup to public release on the App Store and Google Play. You’ll establish accounts, CI builds, testing tracks, and the initial local storage and write queue that keeps the app usable offline.

You’ll collaborate with the lead and backend developer, review every diff, add tests the agents miss, and decide on sync and upload APIs and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building mobile applications.
• Offline-first architecture with local storage and retry logic.
• Strong English written and spoken communications for client notes and risk explanations.
• Experience delivering React Native apps on App Store and Google Play.

Responsibilities

• Set up Apple and Google developer accounts, signing, CI builds and testing tracks.
• Build local storage, write queue and retry logic to support offline use.
• Agree sync and upload APIs with backend and resolve conflicts.
• Implement phone-number sign-in, SMS codes and push notifications fallback.
• Build camera capture and e-signature flows and versioned records.
• Measure startup time, memory and app size on low-end Android devices.
• Handle store submissions, privacy disclosures and monitoring for issues.
