Outlier is hiring QA Coders to audit AI-generated code and rate model responses. You will write prompts and contribute to improving code generation quality in flexible, remote work across Latin America.

Ideal candidates have a Computer Science degree, live production code experience, and strong English communication. Collaborate with a distributed team and gain access to leading AI tools and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve outputs.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
