AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with strong QA and automation testing background to ensure software quality across desktop and web apps.

You will build regression scripts, execute smoke and regression tests, document results, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve quality throughout the SDLC. The role offers flexible remote options and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role.
• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Gherkin for BDD and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with AI QA tools and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration and performance tests.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure quality.
• Maintain automation repositories and run custom scripts in GitHub.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
