The compensation ranges from $30/hr to $70/hr depending on seniority and location, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in Python.
• Ability to spot logic errors, performance traps, and security issues.
• Excellent written communication skills for justifying code reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Compare and rank multiple code snippets explaining which is best.
• Repair and refactor AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Inject feedback into the RLHF pipeline to improve model performance.
