WorkBetterNow is seeking a remote Project Manager for LATAM/Caribbean with strong leadership and communication to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time within scope and budget. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage risks and stakeholder expectations.

This role offers 100% remote work, a clear pay path starting at $1,200/month with annual increases and a Wellness Bonus, plus generous benefits like vacation days and parental leave.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with Asana, Trello, Jira, and MS Office.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Remote work experience in LATAM/Caribbean preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and KPIs
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
• Coordinate project activities and resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct regular project meetings and reviews to assess progress, identify roadblocks, and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and requirements.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
