Hire Hangar is seeking a part-time Digital Patient Engagement Coordinator to manage inbound SMS inquiries and provide light phone support. This remote role follows US time zones and offers a flexible on-call schedule.

You’ll engage prospects, ask insightful questions about health goals, and guide them toward the next step in their wellness journey. You’ll work with CRM systems, telehealth tools, and scheduling platforms to log details, schedule calls, and maintain accurate records.

Formación

• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Experience with CRMs, telehealth software, or scheduling tools is a plus.
• Excellent written SMS communication and clear verbal skills.
• Curiosity and empathy in discussing health topics.
• Interest in telehealth or wellness services is beneficial.
• Reliable availability to respond promptly, especially during US hours.
• Meticulous record-keeping and privacy-conscious behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Prompt Lead Response: monitor and respond to SMS inquiries promptly.
• Consultative Conversations: ask open-ended questions about health goals.
• Scheduling: coordinate phone consultations via Calendly or similar tools.
• Intake & Documentation: accurately capture client details in CRM.
• Relationship Building: show empathy and genuine interest in each client.
• Follow-Up: conduct brief, personalized follow-ups as needed.
