Utopia Design is seeking an Operations Manager to be the backbone of our remote-first organization, building robust systems, optimizing workflows, and driving cross-team alignment across design, development, construction, property, and hospitality. You will own processes end-to-end and promote efficient collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

• 2+ years in operations or project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Higher education degree in Engineering, Maths, or STEM.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize operational backbone by designing, technically implementing, and maintaining core workflows in Jira, Confluence, G Suite, and more.
• Contribute to people processes: talent selection, collaborator development, and performance management, among others.
• Contribute to business processes across design, development, construction, and property management.
• Lead full project management from initial planning to final execution.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures, including P&L analysis.
