Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Machine Learning Analyst for a U.S.-based client, offering 100% remote work across Latin America. The role centers on data-driven marketing effectiveness, handling large consumer and retail datasets, and turning raw data into actionable metrics with clear English summaries.

The ideal candidate has solid SQL and Python skills, a strong numbers sense, and attention to detail. The position is open to a range of experience levels, from new grads to mid-level analysts

Qualifications

• 0 to 4 years of experience in Data Analysis or similar roles.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken).
• Foundational to intermediate SQL skills.
• Python with pandas for transformations.
• Familiarity with scikit-learn or statsmodels for modeling.
• Experience cleaning and parsing text data.
• Understanding of relational database design and data normalization.
• Bachelor's degree as listed above.

Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries from databases and data warehouses.
• Develop and validate ML or statistical models to forecast trends.
• Slice and aggregate data to compute core metrics like market share and trends.
• Build and maintain data tables and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Audit query results and ensure data integrity.
• Translate technical results into clear summaries for English-speaking stakeholders.
