Prometeo Talent is recruiting for a Data Analyst (Machine Learning) to join a U.S.-based client focused on marketing effectiveness measurement. The role centers on transforming large consumer and retail datasets into actionable metrics using SQL and Python, with ML model development for trend forecasting.

The ideal candidate has strong data manipulation skills, attention to detail, and can communicate results clearly in English to stakeholders.

Formación

• 0–4 years of experience in Data Analysis or related roles.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken).
• Foundational to intermediate SQL skills, including complex JOIN logic and CASE WHEN.
• Python scripting for data cleaning and processing, with proficiency in pandas.
• Familiarity with modeling libraries such as scikit-learn or statsmodels.
• Experience handling messy text fields and pattern matching.
• Strong understanding of relational database design and data normalization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics, Marketing, or related field with quantitative coursework.

Responsabilidades

• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and cloud data warehouses.
• Develop, run, and validate ML, predictive, or statistical models to uncover consumer behaviors and forecast trends.
• Slice and aggregate data to calculate metrics like household penetration, market share, and purchasing trends.
• Build and maintain clean data tables and views for recurring tracking reports and dashboards.
• Review outputs, perform data audits, and ensure data integrity before insights are shared.
• Segment data using conditional logic to identify tracking cohorts.
• Clean, parse, and categorize unstructured or semi-structured text data.
• Translate technical results into clear summaries for English-speaking stakeholders.
