Prometeo Talent is helping a U.S.-based company measure marketing effectiveness by hiring a Data Analyst (Machine Learning). You will work with large consumer and retail datasets to translate complex databases into clear, actionable metrics.

The role emphasizes strong SQL and Python skills, English communication, and the ability to turn technical results into stakeholder-ready summaries. Open to recent graduates through mid-level analysts, with remote-friendly options.

Formación

• 0–4 years in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or similar roles
• Advanced English level (written and spoken)
• Foundational to intermediate SQL skills, including complex JOIN logic, standard aggregations, and CASE WHEN
• Python scripting for data cleaning and processing, with proficiency in pandas
• Familiarity with modeling libraries such as scikit-learn or statsmodels
• Experience with messy text fields: cleaning, parsing, filtering, pattern matching
• Solid understanding of relational database design, including keys and normalization
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics, Marketing, or related field with relevant coursework

Responsabilidades

• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and cloud data warehouses
• Develop, run, and validate ML, predictive, or statistical matching models
• Slice, unpivot, and aggregate data to calculate core business metrics
• Build and maintain clean data tables and views for tracking reports and dashboards
• Review outputs, perform data audits, and verify logic for accuracy
• Segment data using conditional logic to isolate tracking cohorts
• Clean, parse, and categorize unstructured text data
• Translate technical results into clear summaries for English-speaking stakeholders
