Proofpoint Engineering is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive delivery across our cybersecurity product portfolio. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional programs that span Engineering, Product, Threat Research, and Operations - ensuring teams stay aligned, dependencies are managed, and critical products ship on time to protect millions of users worldwide.

• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to all levels.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; proficient with dashboards and program metrics.
• Able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities with sound judgment.

What we're looking for
