Job summary

Nortal is seeking a Marketo Architect to lead the design and evolution of our marketing automation platform within a global team. You will set direction, design scalable solutions, and define governance standards across Marketo Engage and Adobe Experience Cloud, guiding stakeholders and mentoring operations specialists through a large digital transformation.

You will drive end-to-end integrations with CRM systems and the Adobe stack, and explore AI-enabled improvements to marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in marketing automation with 3+ years as Marketo architect/lead.
• Proven track record in enterprise Marketo Engage implementations.
• Expertise in Marketo Engage architecture: programs, templates, lifecycle, multi-workspace setups.
• CRM integrations experience (Salesforce or Dynamics).
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and ABM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and governance of Marketo Engage instance including templates and data model.
• Design end-to-end integrations with CRM and Adobe Cloud; define roadmap for adoption.
• Lead solution design for Buying Groups and ABM, translating business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Mentor Marketo Operations specialists and advise stakeholders on options and trade-offs.
• Assess AI and automation opportunities to improve marketing operations and lead adoption.
